  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto
  • 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup whole-grain breadcrumbs
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
