Privacy policy

This policy explains how Cultured Spirits, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information on WorkLife Meal Plan.

Information we collect

The website supports an optional platform-managed sign-in for Meal Memory. We use the signed-in email to derive a one-way keyed account identifier; the memory record stores compact meal-planning rules, not the raw AI conversation. If you email us or submit a community recipe idea, we receive the information you choose to send, including your name, email, recipe text, and tags. Recipe submissions remain private while they are reviewed; creator email addresses are not published. Hosting providers may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp for security and reliable operation.

AI requests and Meal Memory

AI search and planning requests are sent to our AI service only to produce the requested result and are subject to usage and security controls. WorkLife may extract a small set of meal rules—such as dietary style, time limit, exclusions, planning goals, default servings, or pantry staples you explicitly ask us to remember. You can review, edit, pause, export, or delete these rules on the Meal Memory page. We do not use a Meal Memory profile for advertising or sell it to partners.

Health connections

The website does not currently connect to Apple Health or Android Health Connect. Any future native-app connection will require separate, granular device permission and an updated disclosure before health information is accessed. Health information will not be used for advertising, affiliate targeting, or creator ranking.

Planned grocery integration

After developer approval, a reader may choose to send recipe ingredient data to a grocery platform. The reader will initiate that handoff. Retailer selection, product matching, substitutions, cart management, and checkout will occur on the grocery platform under its own privacy policy. We do not intend to collect grocery-platform passwords or payment card data.

Analytics and cookies

We may use limited, privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate site performance. We will update this policy before adding advertising profiles or materially different tracking.

Community submissions

We use submission details to review originality, clarity, safety, and fit; contact the contributor; prevent spam; and, with the contributor’s permission under our terms, publish accepted recipes with creator credit. Contributors may request withdrawal before publication or removal afterward by emailing us.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that host or protect the website, when necessary to comply with law, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction.
