Melt butter, add flour, and pour on gradually White Stock; then add salt, pepper, mustard, chives, and horseradish. Cook two minutes, strain, add cream and lemon 279 juice. Reheat before serving. Serve with Beef Tenderloins or Hamburg Steaks.
