- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cooked brown rice, for serving
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp fresh citrus juice
